On Monday, May 14 the UCSB Pride committee held an opening ceremony at Storke Plaza to kick off Pride week. Pride week educates about issues concerning the LGBTQIA community through a variety of events and workshops. UCSB Pride week, 2012, takes place from May 14th to the 19th. The Pride community welcomes and encourages everyone to take part in Pride week.
