On Wednesday, April 25th the Environmental Affairs Board hosted a paddle out at Campus Point in order to raise awareness about the Gaviota Coast and the dire need to protect the coast from development. The Gaviota Protection Paddle Out was one of many events put on by the Environmental Affairs Board from April 23rd to the 28th for Earth Week. A week of events that promote and educate on issues such as environmental justice and sustainable living.
