Seven Falls is a series of seven waterfalls in the Santa Ynez mountain range. It’s a relaxing environment with waterfalls and pools far from the stresses of life. You can go there to enjoy the simplicity of nature, bathe in the water or have fun climbing steep rocks. It is also a nice hike that anyone in decent shape can do. I went to get away from the campus, to go on a hike and to do something exciting in an unfamiliar environment. The hike up is not that difficult. You can either do some boulder jumping or follow a path that goes parallel to the riverbed up to the Seven Falls. When you get to Seven Falls, it gets much harder; I didn’t take my camera past the second fall because it was just too risky.
