Every year students come from all over to enjoy the revelry that is Halloween in Isla Vista. This year was no exception as thousands of students flocked to UCSB to celebrate Halloween 2011 Gaucho style.

Mission Statement

The Bottom Line is a growing weekly newspaper sponsored by the Associated Students of the University of California, Santa Barbara.
